attorney Gary Stickell represents individuals and small businesses in the filing of bankruptcy.
Gary Stickell represents individuals and couples
who seek bankruptcy protection. A leader in the Arizona bankruptcy community, he
co-founded and chairs the Arizona Consumer Bankruptcy Council and is an
inaugural Master of the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
Gary speaks regularly on consumer bankruptcy
topics. In recognition of his efforts to mentor and educate lawyers new to the
practice of consumer bankruptcy, Gary received the 2010 Award of Special Merit
from the State Bar of Arizona.
He is member of the American Bankruptcy Institute
and the State Bar’s Bankruptcy and Family Law Sections. Gary serves on the
Executive Committee of the Bankruptcy Section and is a past chair of
the Bankruptcy Section’s Continuing Legal Education Committee.
Gary received his law degree from Boston University
in 1981 after earning his bachelor’s degree at George Washington University.
Gary has been licensed to practice in Arizona since 1982.
In the community, Gary is a past chair of the
Greater Phoenix Youth at Risk Foundation and is recognized as a founding
volunteer leader of the organization.
Gary and his wife, Mary, are the parents of two
boys. He served as his sons’ Cub Scout pack chair and den leader and coached
their T-ball and Little League teams. |
